NEET PG 2020 cutoff merit list category wise: 

The candidate category Minimum Eligibility Criteria Cut-off score (out of 1200) should be for General Category (UR/EWS) 50th Percentile 366 SC/ST/OBC (Including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) 40th Percentile 319 UR-PWD 45th Percentile 342.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to Post Graduate Courses as mentioned in the Information for NEET-PG 2020, the cutoff scores for various categories are as follows:
